Founded by Eckhardt Potgieter, Bru Baits began with a vision to enhance the fishing experience through personalized services and handmade lures that truly make a difference.
We have proudly served a diverse clientele ranging from local anglers to fishing enthusiasts from around the region, all seeking to enhance their fishing adventures. To be honest. When Bru Baits was founded in 2019 it was centered around the fact that I was displeased by what was available in our tackle shops and truly wanted to see what else fish would be interested in other than what is currently available on the market and also by bastardizing and tuning different already made models of other lures in attempts to better them in ways I wanted persoanlly I found some success and a few times I without a doubt hit the nail on the head especially like the SquidStick 110 (LEFT PICTURE)
